Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at info@esralabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume, deodorant, makeup, self-tanner, or stains will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Customized or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items and gift cards. All sale purchases are final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
